Once we receive your referral, one of our qualified therapists will carefully review your information to determine if our services align with your needs. This screening process ensures we can provide appropriate and effective support for your unique situation. We may contact you with additional questions during this stage.

Step 3: Booking and Agreement

After confirming we're a good match for your needs, we'll email you a booking link to schedule your first appointment at a time that works best for you. Along with this, you'll receive our service agreement outlining what you can expect from therapy, confidentiality policies, and practical information about sessions.
