Quest OT has evolved - We are now Estus Health
As an occupational therapist, I offer a range of services to support and empower you to achieve your goals. I specialise in working with NDIS participants, and offer neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy services to empower young people and adults to build fulfilling, independent lives.
As an occupational therapist, I specialise in gaming informed therapy delivered online via Discord or other platforms like Xbox Live, Nintendo Online, PC, and PlayStation. Clients can join me in a multiplayer game of their choice, working with an occupational therapist that they know in an environment they feel comfortable in. Sessions focus on co-operative play, executive function, social anxiety, assertiveness, nutrition and hydration for gaming performance and social skills.
I have the following gaming machines, with subscriptions to online play and included game catalogues:
Playstation 5 (PS Plus Deluxe)

Offering an innovative approach to occupational therapy, I also offer gaming therapy through virtual reality (VR). This therapy is available in-person or remotely through a Meta Quest device.
VR therapy has been proven to be effective in the delivery of a variety of occupational therapy services, including the development of social skills through cooperative play, phobia exposure therapy, social situation practice, public speaking training, mental health support, and chronic pain management.
Holistic Well-being Optimisation: The Life Performance Audit evaluates seven key areas—Physical Health, Emotional and Mental Well-being, Financial Well-being, Social Connections, Life Management, Personal Growth, and Environmental Factors—to create a personalised plan for enhanced life balance and productivity.
Personalised Strategies for High Performers: Designed for executives, professionals, and high-achieving students, this audit offers tailored insights and actionable steps to help bridge the gap between current routines and optimal personal and professional growth.
Functional Capacity Assessments
A functional capacity assessment is a type of evaluation that is used to assess your capacity to perform day-to-day tasks like mobility, self-care, communication, employment, and leisure activities. The goal of a functional capacity assessment is to identify your functional abilities and limitations in different areas, to ensure you have access to the right level of support to enhance your overall functioning and quality of life.
I have immediate availability to carry out comprehensive functional capacity assessments. This can help you gain a deeper understanding of your strengths, challenges, and needs, and inform your NDIS plan and therapy goals.

As an occupational therapist, I believe you should be empowered to choose your support. That’s why I work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. If you are self-managed, I will bill you directly. If you’re plan-managed, I will submit invoices to your plan manager.
Therapeutic supports usually fall under the Improved Daily Living item within the Capacity Building category. I can help you navigate your plan for effective utilisation.
Note: I currently do not accept NDIA-managed plans.
