Quest OT has evolved - We are now Estus Health
Hi, I’m Liam and I’m a Perth-based occupational therapist specialising in neurodiversity-affirming support for young people and adults. I specialise in working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and pathological demand avoidance.
If you’ve ever been told you “can’t”, I’m living proof that you can. From a socially anxious high school dropout with autism spectrum disorder to an occupational therapist, BJJ competitor, pilot, and brewer… If I achieved all those things, imagine what you can achieve! Let’s unlock your limitless potential together.
When I'm not OT-ing, I love a challenge. You’ll find me conquering Dark Souls, Elden Ring, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater speedruns or exploring Flight Simulator. You’ll also catch me streaming Asmongold, LobosJr, and Distortion2, getting pumped up to Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Peep, and Juice WRLD, or working on my biggest goals: building a thriving occupational therapy practice and becoming a kickass dad.
I also love to learn and believe education never stops. I’ve previously completed a Diploma of Arts (English), Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Masters of Finance (Finance and Banking), Graduate Diploma of Science (Information Science), and Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy)!
My Approach
With extensive training and lived experience, I have an in-depth understanding of the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals that allows me to connect with my clients in a way that many other therapists cannot.
My intense interest in gaming and tech allows me to deliver therapy through an innovative modality that my clients actually enjoy and look forward to. I specialise in gaming therapy delivered online via Discord, Xbox Live, PSN, Nintendo Online, PC, and PlayStation.
I believe in an approach to therapy that focuses on your strengths, abilities, and what you can do rather than just your limitations and what you can’t do. Let's ditch the "shoulds" and unlock the "wills" that make you tick. Whether it's gaming, brewing beer, or something new – we'll design therapy around the things that light you up. My passion is to help you rediscover what truly motivates you.
